Nothing happens when I tap my RokkUpdated 4 hours ago
Check that the power indicator is on. If it isn't, the Rokk is off. Hold the power button until the indicator comes on. If it still doesn't come on, your Rokk's battery is likely flat. Plug your Rokk charger in and place the Rokk on it. Wait a few minutes for the Rokk to charge and power on.
Wait for boot. Your Rokk takes about 30 seconds to start up. It may take up to 5 minutes if the battery is really low and it needs to charge. Have you heard the boot sound recently? If not, it may still be booting.
Check that the volume isn't muted. Turn the Rokk over and tap the volume+ button a few times. Do you hear a click getting louder with each tap? If so, it's likely the volume was muted.
Check if the audio is playing through Bluetooth headphones. Open the Rokk app and tap on Settings. If there is a Bluetooth audio device listed under Headphones, see if that device is playing audio.
Reboot. Hold the power button for 12 seconds. This will reboot the device. Wait for the Rokk to start up and try again.
Factory reset. Something's gone pear-shaped. Turn the device off. Push and hold the factory reset button. Press the power button to turn on. When the power indicator stops flashing, release the factory reset button. On your phone, you'll need to open Bluetooth settings and forget your Rokk device, then open the Rokk app and sign in again.
